As a staff member of the Child Rights Foundation Organization, the Project Manager will commit to upholding the organization's standards and policies related to Safeguarding.

Report to: Program Manager
- To manage project implementation, and lead to implement the project activities in line with approved project document and task related to project outcome.
- The project Manager ensures close collaboration and coordination with cooperation partners to guarantee smooth implementation and achieve the result of output, outcome as specified in grant agreements.
- Capacity building to improving adaptive livelihood for young Women, households, cooperative initiatives, and empower young women through the practice of Climate-smart Agriculture (CSA), Innovative Post-Harvest Technologies in sustainable farming/gardening to Enhance Community-based Climate Resilience.
- To close work with the school, commune, CCWC, and having connection with PTC to support young women for accessing to local vocational skill training in the target area.
- Strengthening the Girls-Led Climate Action through the evident based of research findings and Climate Action dialogue, environmental campaign and awareness to target schools, and communities.
- To support target school and commune to develop the EPRP and integrate into the CIP and DIW.
- Capacity building to the target farmer on vegetable cultivation, climate-resilient animal husbandry, and adaptive aquaculture techniques, and agriculture product seasonal availability, and work closely with Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs), and local authorities.
- Conduct project monitoring and tracking record for the project progress based on the project log-frame and MEL indicator and inform or report to line supervisor.
- Join with a project team for project impact study or evaluation of the project progress at field, particularly the target responsibility.
- Joining networking at provincial level to share progress of the project and safe school concept all relevant NGOs and stakeholders.
- To prepare budget liquidity plan and make budget request for project implementation of planned activities.
- Closed work with operation team to ensure budget management, tracking with transparency, accuracy and efficiency.
- To ensure compliance of statutory requirements by donors,
- To provide field coaching and mentoring to all target group,
- To produce the project progress report, work plan and case study submit to line supervisor, and key government agency is required.
- To implement other tasks, assign by line supervisor.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Education, rural development, agriculture, development study, environmental, etc.).
- At least of professional working experience in a similar position on project management in education, agriculture, environment, child protection and experience in DRR/CCA promoting activities for 2 years
- Must understand and agree with CRF’s vision mission and core value.
- Proven knowledge on disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation.
- Demonstrated ability to work with flexibility, efficiency and diplomacy in a complex environment with various stakeholders.
- High interpersonal skill and networking capabilities.
- Strong commitment and willing to work in rural remote area of Stueng Treng and Ratanakiri provinces.
- Strong communication skill and community mobilization.
- Enable driving motorbike in long-distance and willingness travel to the project's remote areas
- Able to use computer MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), Internet & Email
- Able to use in English and understand with both reading, writing, and listening.
