Position Circumstances

Reporting Line: VP -Operations
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and Company Rules, Policies, Standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless depot and warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize depot and warehouse efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budget allocations and financial reporting of all sites.
- Support audits and assessment (ATI, One Maestro, Maestro LOG, TRA) preparation and actions.
- Manage project and maintenance to achieve operational excellence.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer
- English
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in or equivalent level
Work History:
- Experiences in project management for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Technical skills required for the position : Project management, Change management, Maintenance, CSA and MEP System technical.
- Certification required for the position : Engineering
- Specific knowledge required for the position : HSE aspect, Civil work, Electrical System, Mechanical & Fire Fighting System, Plumbing System, Petroleum
- Language skills required for the position : Proficiency in Khmer and English.
