Project Manager
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project manage a premium product launch
- Manage a team of 10-15 staff
- Cover demographics from Cambodia, Vietnam, China, USA, and Europe
- Investigate Local footwear market and similar production processes availability
- Display a strong organizational and Engineering background
- Manage product bill of materials, costings, and specifications
- Manage quality control
- Report to and coordinate directly with senior management HQ in Ireland & USA offices.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Vietnamese is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience in manufacturing and technical processes
- Experience in ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, other data base management systems
- Excellent computer skills required, Excel, Power Point and Presentation skills
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Speak Khmer & English fluently
- Chinese or Vietnamese language an advantage
