Project Manager
- Ensure effective and efficient project management through overall guidance, team planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities.
- Support personnel management, supervision, and administration—including financial oversight—at the provincial level.
- Manage M&E tools (e.g., ITT, LAF, Monthly Tracking Table, HKI) to track project results, indicators, outcomes, and outputs in alignment with the Logical Framework Approach (LFA).
- Consolidate and lead the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans based on the overall project activity plan, and guide project staff in implementation.
- Facilitate regular monthly meetings with the project team to review project progress, M&E updates, budget monitoring, indicators, outcomes, outputs, and challenges.
- Oversee budget management to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with approved activities.
- Monitor and evaluate project activities and produce timely and results-oriented reports (quarterly, annual, and biennial), including success stories and case studies for donors.
- Communicate directly with donors regarding project results and updates, including data from the HKI system entered by the Project Officer.
- Plan and conduct regular field visits with POs; develop simple reporting formats and support documentation of case studies and success stories.
- Implement and uphold the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy, including signing and promoting the Code of Conduct.
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with external stakeholders, including NGOs, government departments, private sector actors, and project partners in target areas to address land and natural resource-related conflicts.
- Facilitate and coordinate with project counterparts such as Commune Accountability Facilitators and affected target farmers; attend relevant technical working groups at provincial and national levels.
- Support the Program Coordinator and Executive Director in developing project proposals, strategies, and log frames.
- Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or Executive Director.
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in development, climate change adaptation, social accountability, or land and natural resource governance.
- Skilled in survey design, data collection, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Kobo Toolbox, Google Forms, and HEKS Key Indicator (HKI).
- Proficient in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), project planning, reporting, and budget management.
- Experience in provincial-level project management, including supervision of staff and coordination with stakeholders.
- Experience in community development, livelihood improvement, agricultural resilience, and social accountability frameworks.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills with government, NGOs, and local communities.
- Understanding and commitment to PSEA policies and organizational Code of Conduct.
- Fluency in English and Khmer, with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel regularly within project areas and work under pressure.
