ABOUT THE ROLE
CCC is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team in Department of Provincial Chamber of Commerce Relations.
In this role, you will provide much-needed project management and operational support, ensuring that various initiatives are planned with clarity and executed efficiently to meet both standards and our organization's value and goals.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- In-Office: You will spend part of your time at our Phnom Penh head office, focusing on planning, documentation, and coordination with the internal team.
- On-site: This role includes active on-site work where you will manage events, visit partners, and oversee activities directly at venues or project locations in Phnom Penh and provinces to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Project Support: Assist the project leader and manager in drafting detailed project work plans, timelines, and resource schedules for both core and pop-up programs.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize and coordinate logistics for key activities such as business forum, workshops, training sessions, networking events, and local/international delegation visits.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate project data, including meeting minutes, contracts, and participant lists.
- Stakeholder & Beneficiary Coordination: Acting as a point of contact for internal teams, partners, and program beneficiaries.
- Financia & Reporting: Tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and preparing status updates or end-of-program reports for the project leader and manager.

- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in in Project Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Have at least of experience in project management, program administration, or a similar support role for 1 year
- Language: Excellent command of written spoken and Listening English and Khmer.
- Technical & Software Skills: Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with good skills in project management tools like MS Project, Notion or Canva is a plus.
- Financial Foundation: A basic foundation in managing funds, budgeting, and tracking project expenses.
- Soft Skill: Must be a proactive team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to provinces or work outside standard hours occasionally for special events or program activities.
