Project Finance Officer (1 Position)

Position Summary

The Project Finance Unit serves as the vital link between programmes, donors, and operations. In doing so it facilitates the flow of funds, provides project financial management support, and applies operational expertise for the effective coordination of projects. Most importantly, the Unit ensures accountability towards donors.

The Project Finance Officer is responsible for financial Administration and Management of projects and budget as required to ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded, maintained and comply with the finance and accounting system, policies and procedures of WWF and donor, general accounting practices and legal requirements. This position will be required to independently work with donors, project leads, auditors and partner including reporting, problem solving, auditing and other coordination.
