Project Engineer Retail/Consumer
Reporting Line: Engineering Manager
- Ensures all projects comply with HSE policy, Group Rules & Standards, Procedures, and local Regulations.
- Build safety culture and implement work site safety with all ICC contractors and non- ICC contractors.
- Supporting ICC audit for new contractors/existing contractors by working closely with HSE Team.
- Implement and Monitor contractor to use IZI application for all projects.
- Provide HSE Monthly report (Anomaly, Near-miss, Safety Green Light, Life Saving Check, Stop Card, Safety Tour) and submit to HSE Department.
- Survey & Design Drawing New Service Station including Fuel Business, SFS business, Solar, EV, Wash and other related business activities.
- Renovate existing station and make it comply with invariant standard during Renovation Project or UG Tank Replacement Project.
- Take into account for daily main job such as project schedule, project progress report, project budget spending, technical drawing, technical specification, scope of work, main equipment’s delivery, kick-off meeting, regular site meeting, site supervision, reports, hand-over and project file compilation.
- Reports to the Engineering Manager regularly about Status of Projects under control.
- Take into account for sustainability action/ implementation for new project and existing sites
- Ensure timely project completion report, hand-over and close-out with proper documentation, asset control management and quality of project completion by making sure TEMC sign once the project completed as per scope of work and timeline.
- Support Major Consumer Project and other B2B Business.
- Prepare report to present in Monthly Engineering Meeting.
- Join Monthly Safety Meeting with HSE Team and all Contractors.
- Participate with all company events, CSR, Safety Plus, Innovation and APMO Technical Challenge.
- Professionally coordination between Internal Departments (Operations, Retail, Consumer, Purchasing, Finance, HSEQ) and External (Contractors, Dealers, Dealer’s Contractors, Consultants, MME, EDC, MLMUPC and MOE…etc.)
- Performs other tasks/special projects/from cross functional activities within Operations that may be assigned from time to time
- Having civil engineering Degree preferably with at least 5-Years Experience in Building Construction.
- Good knowledge about both technical & architectural, MEP, safety requirement and Project Management.
- Good Written and Oral English Communication Skills & in MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project.
- Having a valid driver’s license.
