Project Coordinator (1 Position)

Location: Business Center, AERD, RUA
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and activities under the DYNAMIC project in line with project goals and timelines.
- Liaise with key partners including KOICA, ChildFund Korea, Wonders, and other stakeholders.
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of training programs, workshops, and business incubation events.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with donor requirements.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders including students, trainers, government partners, and donors.
- Monitor progress against indicators and support evaluation activities.
- Track project indicators, collect relevant data, and compile progress reports and success stories.
- Manage project documentation, maintain filing systems, and ensure transparency in operations.
- Support financial and administrative tasks related to the project, including procurement and budgeting.
- Represent RUA-BC in project-related meetings and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Center

- Master's Degree in or Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management, Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least experience in project coordination or management, preferably with international development organizations or academic institutions for 1 year
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in organizing training/workshops and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
- Good command of English and Khmer (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with reporting standards and donor procedures (KOICA, ChildFund, or similar international donors is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
Admin and Finance Officer (1 Position)

Location: Business Center, Royal University of Agriculture, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh
- Finance and Accounting:
- Oversee the financial management of the assigned project, including budgeting, expenditures, reporting, and financial compliance.
- Prepare and maintain financial records such as petty cash, bank reconciliations, vouchers, and payment requests.
- Ensure timely processing of project-related payments and staff reimbursements.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for both internal use and external donors.
- Work with the project team to monitor budget utilization and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Administration:
- Manage daily office administrative tasks including procurement, stock control, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for the project, including contracts, invoices, and administrative forms.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, field visits, and events related to the project.
- Support human resource functions such as tracking staff attendance, leave records, and assisting in recruitment processes when needed.
- Act as a key team player by supporting colleagues across different functions to ensure project goals are achieved effectively.
- Participate in team planning, reviews, and staff meetings to foster transparency and teamwork.
- Provide administrative and financial guidance to project staff and ensure proper understanding of compliance procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or administration preferably in a project-based or NGO setting.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget monitoring.
- Good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel, and Word)..
- Good command of both English and Khmer (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
