Work Information
- Work Location: Korea Eximbank EDCF Phnom Penh Representative Office.
- Standard Working Hours: 8 hours, between 8:00 to 17:00 (lunch break is from 12:00 to 13:00), from Monday to Friday, excluding Cambodian public holidays
General Considerations
- The annual salary including all the bonuses, benefits and severance pay will be decided based on qualification and experience of the selected candidate.
- Selected candidate will be required to attend a brief orientation session prior to the start date.
- Applicants who can start working for the office as soon as possible (from June 2026, tentatively) would be preferred.
- Support projects in the identification, preparation, appraisal, implementation, and evaluation of EDCF-financed projects
- Liaise and coordinate with government ministries/agencies, development partners, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate project preparation, implementation and evaluation
- Review, analyze, and consolidate project progress reports, including outputs and performance, and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Review, analyze and provide comments on procurement related documents, financial documents (such as disbursement, interim payment certificate, audit report, among others) as required
- Support the overall administration and performance monitoring of assigned projects to ensure compliance with EDCF policies and objectives
- Attend project’ joint monitoring meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, and technical working groups; prepare summary reports and meeting minutes, as needed
- Organize and coordinate meetings, missions, site visits, and special events related to EDCF projects
- Translate documents between Khmer and English and vice versa
- Conduct periodic and independent research and prepare reports on best practices, lessons learned, policies, socio-economic conditions, development trends, and other relevant topics
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in or higher development studies, public policy, engineering , public health, environment, economics, finance/accounting, or other relevant fields would be preferred; degrees obtained from overseas are considered advantageous
- Work experience in ODA-related organizations, where assigned responsibilities related to public procurement for 2 years as a minimum
- Experience in bilateral or multilateral development cooperation agencies (excluding NGOs) or relevant Cambodian government ministries/agencies would be of an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; certified English test scores (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, OPIC) would be of an advantage
- Long-term (at least 2 years) experience at a single organization would be preferred
