This position is mainly to coordinate project implementation and require strong relationship and technical skills. In line with WVI ’s core values and mission, the successful candidate will coordinate and represent the project and WVI both internally within the Cambodia office. In addition, this position will oversee and guide Project HOPE implementation to ensure that displaced and returning households—including women, children, and caregivers—achieve improved resilience and well-being. This will be accomplished through the restoration of livelihoods and the strengthening of psychosocial support systems that promote safety, hope, and emotional stability, while ensuring full compliance with donor requirements and the successful achievement of the project’s goals and objectives.
- To facilitate project and coordinate with APs team, Community Development Facilitators and Finance Assistant, and key implementing partners from different experiences and locations to ensure the successfully implemented activities in target provinces, toward goal.
- To conduct reflection and monitor progress to ensure project implementation is fully support to goal and compliance with donor requirements.
- To establish and maintain good relationships with different government departments and agencies for seeking collaborations and technical assistances.
- To coordinate closely with internal and external partners, including donor for successfully project implementation.
- To ensure the project monitoring and reporting quarterly/semi/annually, is delivered with high quality and agreed timeframe.

- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in social sciences, Development Studies, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 3 years experiences in any relevant roles in livelihood, cash-based programming, agriculture, rural development, community engagement, preferably in humanitarian or early recovery contexts.
- Knowledge of livelihood development, with cash transfer programming and/or psychosocial support services in general context or specifically in Cambodia
- Knowledge and skills in assessment of learning outcomes.
- Majority travelling to the target area within Preah Vihear, Oddor Meanchey and Siem Reap
- Fluent English in both writing and speaking
- Strong negotiation, problem solving, liaison, and networking skills and brokering partnerships.
- Ability to pro-actively influence, network and collaborate with national level government, NGO, and private sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to demonstrate servant leadership and foster a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere integrity, honesty, and accountability to both the team and the community.
