Project Coordinator (1 Position)
Project Coordinator: office base in LHCO Kampong Speu Province, The Project Coordinator (PC) oversees two projects funded by Heifer International-Cambodia (i) Poultry Project of National Pride in Cambodia (PPNP), and (ii) Cambodia Vegetable Value Chain Development (CVCD) project. PC is responsible for strengthening the institutional capacity of Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs) and the Social Enterprise Agricultural Cooperatives Union (SEUAC). This includes supporting farmers to increase impact capital, improve agribusiness practices, and enhance agricultural production. S/he also strengthens market systems and distribution networks by fostering partnerships with the private sector. In addition, PC regularly monitors, mentors, and coaches Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Agricultural Cooperatives to improve market linkages and access to finance. PC also assists the Provincial Program Manager (PPM) with data collection, data validation, and the preparation of quarterly project reports. S/he supports PPM in providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and improvement plans.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or Animal Science.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture value chain and agro-enterprise development, specifically in livestock and vegetable enterprises extension.
- Experience in leading or facilitating business development and market linkages.
- Understanding of good governance principles and familiarity with relevant agricultural policies and regulations.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Good analytical skills and ability to verify information.

- Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoints).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Khmer, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is a plus.
