Position Reports To: Project Manager
Position Location: Based in Phnom Penh, but travel to the assigned schools and provinces.
Position Purpose:
- Goal: The selected schools are able to continue IT, Soft-Life Skill and Business Course without the support from the project.
- Outcome: To improve Cambodia youth’s capacity and provide them with opportunity to develop their potential in education and employment
- Output 1: The students enrolled to be trained on IT literacy, Soft-Life Skills and Business Course
- Output 2: The students received the high-quality training and passed the final exam for their certification
- Output 3: The students finished their 12th grade received the services at Career Development Centre (CDC) for their higher education and meaningful job in Phnom Penh.

- Build a strong relationship with the Department and Office of Education (DoE) and Office of Education (OoE) so that they can provide teachers/trainers with quality to help the students to achieve their learning outcomes and apply their IT Literacy, Soft-Life Skills and Business Course for their further education and employment.
- Cooperate with school principals and relevant NGOs to make sure that the IT Literacy, Soft-Life Skills and Business Course well conducted in the selected schools for the students in grade 10, 11 and 12 and prepare their graduation from high school to university.
- Work closely with the school teachers of IT Literacy, Soft-Life Skills and Business, local key partners and parents to monitor and follow up the progress of the students during the courses and after their graduation from high schools to know if they are able to use their knowledge and skills to support and inspire other students to join the program.
- Build a strong connection and trustworthy relationship with students at schools and parents at the community levels through the Parent and Student Engagement Approach for a high enrollment at IFL Career Development Centre (CDC).
- Assess, plan, budget, design, implement, reflect, monitor, evaluate, and report the progress of the project.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology is required
- At least experience with NGOs in project management and related field for 3 years is required
