KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
The key responsibilities of the Project Assistant is to provide administrative, logistics and data management support to ensure smooth implementation of project activities especially trainings, field activities and MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning) requirement which include the following:

- Training and MERL support
- Enter and update training participant data into the MERL database or excel sheet.
- Maintain accurate
- Provide support on training and file documentation
- Administrative and communication support
- Support in prepare and get the invitation letters ready for the training participants, partners and local authorities
- Handle photocopying, printing and scanning of relevant documents
- Organize and maintain project file (both hardcopies and electronic)
- Financial and logistic support
- Support in cash advance and settlement for the field expenses
- Collect receipts, invoices and supporting documents
- Procurement and field support
- Support procurement of training materials and agriculture inputs
- Assist in receiving, checking and distributing supplies to training sites and farmers
- Help prepare training venues and logistics
- Other support:
- Provide general office and project support as assigned
- Assist project team during training, workshop and field activities
- OTHER
- Develop a good understanding of iDE-Cambodia’s and iDE-International’s development approach.
- Represent iDE in communications with clients, partners, donors, the public and others as required.

- English - Good
- High School Diploma in or bachelor degree in administration, development studies, agriculture or related fields.
- Experience in data entry, filing and administrative support is an advantage
- Ability to work accurately and organize information
- Good English and Khmer communication skills
- Work planning, organization, and financial control
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office, Excel, email, and data bases
- Willing to travel to project sites when needed
