Our team needs your support in managing and strengthening the implementation of the Career Planning Programme in Cambodia. Reporting to the Head - Programme, you will lead the full project management cycle, including project identification, initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure. You will coordinate with focal teachers, students, communities and stakeholders, develop training and programme activities, manage budgets and resources, monitor programme quality and outcomes, and ensure effective delivery of activities and events. You will also contribute to the management of other programmes and projects, as required, when capacity allows, ensuring effective delivery in line with organisational priorities.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement Career Planning Programme activities, including annual workplans, schedules, workshops, and student training sessions together with the focal teachers.
- Develop and update training curricula, training materials, student resources, based on identified needs.
- Coordinate with focal teachers, students, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery and participation.
- Track programme implementation against workplans, timelines, targets, and indicators, and identify and address implementation challenges.
- Organize and facilitate career fairs, guest speakers, and teacher capacity-building activities (TOT).
- Manage programme budgets, procurement processes, contracts, and payments, in accordance with organizational procedures.
- Design and conduct surveys, interviews, attendance tracking, and other data-collection activities to assess programme participation, satisfaction, and results.
- Analyze programme data and prepare progress, evaluation, and outcome reports with practical recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date programme files, participant records, attendance sheets, activity reports, monitoring data, contracts, and supporting documentation.
- A full-time position in our office in Siem Reap, Cambodia with an unlimited contract

- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training & Development, Social Studies, or related field as a minimum
- 4–5 years’ experience in project management, training, teaching, curriculum development, or youth development.
- Experience with career guidance/education programmes preferred.
- NGO/non-profit sector experience is an advantage.
- Project management skills (Proposal design/Log-Frame preparation, budgeting, M&E and planning)
- TOT Training skill (Training Content, curriculum, lesson plan/activities and material design)
- Curriculum and instructional design
- Desirable skills include training facilitation, presentation and report writing
- Solid IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail)
- Proficient Khmer and intermediate English skills

Our team needs your support in managing and strengthening the implementation of the Computer Lab Programme in Cambodia. Reporting to the Head - Programme, you will lead the full project management cycle, including project identification, initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure. As the primary point of contact for teachers, students, contractors, and local communities, you will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to focal persons responsible for operating computer labs in targeted schools. You will also contribute to the management of other programmes and projects, as required, when capacity allows, ensuring effective delivery in line with organisational priorities.
- Support the implementation of the Computer Lab Programme in Cambodia by assisting with project identification, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
- Assist in conducting school assessments and collecting information on ICT needs, while coordinating with teachers, school management, communities, and other stakeholders to support programme implementation and sustainability.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project work plans, budgets, procurement documentation, implementation schedules, and project records to ensure activities are delivered on time.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for the procurement, delivery, installation, and inventory management of ICT equipment, infrastructure, and software in compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training workshops, meetings, and capacity-building activities for ICT teachers and School Computer Lab Committees, including preparing materials, coordinating participants, and documenting training outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, measure programme outcomes, and recommend improvements based on data, lessons learned, and stakeholder feedback.
- Foster sustainable programme ownership by supporting schools and communities in developing long-term management and exit strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, government, and external partners to strengthen programme implementation and provide additional support to the Cambodia Country Office as required.

Our team needs your support in the day-to-day finance, HR, legal, procurement, and office administration operations in Cambodia. Reporting to the Head of Finance and Office Administration, you will assist with HR processes, legal and government-related matters, office activities, procurement and inventory, travel and vehicle administration, contracts, financial records, budgeting and bookkeeping, while supporting staff wellbeing and office events. During the initial phase, you will receive on-the-job training and capacity development to become familiar with our administrative and financial processes and progressively work independently.
- Assist with administrative and legal tasks as they arise, including preparing legal documents and liaising with relevant government authorities.
- Provide general administrative support for various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee files, agreements, documents, and other HR administrative tasks
- Support wellbeing activities, annual health checks, and manage employee health and travel insurance.
- Carrying out various administrative tasks considering our procurement policy and other relevant policies including office supplies, travel arrangements, office maintenance, vehicle administration, and office contracts
- Organise and manage reports, invoices, contracts, and financial files
- Oversee and manage inventory and procurement processes to ensure that necessary resources are purchased within budget limits
- Assist in organising office events, workshops, training sessions, meetings, annual health checks, and employee health and travel insurance.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Finance and Office Administration.
