Together as a team, we at Child’s Dream are here to empower people in the Mekong-Sub-Region. We do this by working in partnerships with communities to improve the health and education of their children, youth, and young adults for sustainable development.
You have experiences in working with youth or young adults and would like to contribute to our beneficiaries personal and professional development? Then you are the right person and we need your support with the management of our scholarship programme in Cambodia.
- Design and develop training curricula and learning materials to support students’ life skills, study skills, career readiness, and leadership development.
- Plan and deliver training sessions and workshops for scholarship students, including coordination with external trainers where required.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to students to support their personal, academic, and career development.
- Monitor student participation and training outcomes, collect feedback, and improve programmes based on evaluation results.
- Coordinate with schools, universities, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective programme implementation.
- Maintain training documentation, schedules, and reports, and support efficient use of programme resources.
- Represent Child’s Dream professionally and contribute to networking, partnerships, and broader programme activities.
- A full-time position in our office in Siem Reap, Cambodia with an unlimited contract

- Khmer
- English is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training & Development, Youth Development, or related field
- Experience in training, teaching, curriculum development, or youth development programs for 5 years as a minimum
- Experience working with students or scholarship/education programmes preferred
- Experience in NGO or non-profit sector is an advantage
- Project management skills (Proposal design/Log-Frame preparation, budgeting, M&E and planning)
- TOT Training skill (Training Content, curriculum, lesson plan/activities and material design)
- Curriculum and instructional design
- Desirable skills include training facilitation, presentation and report writing
- Ability to provide coaching and counselling to students
- Solid IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail)
- A Driving license
- Ability to travel frequently – conduct field visits in Cambodia (up to 50% of working time)
- Khmer mother tongue
- Intermediate written and spoken English language skills are required

Partnerships Coordinator

Our partnerships team in Cambodia needs your support with the programme management of various education partnerships benefitting youth, adolescents and communities in Cambodia.
- Identify, initiate and evaluate new partner programmes; including presenting proposal to Project Evaluation Committee.
- Manage partnership programmes through the full programme cycle, including planning, monitoring and evaluation of partners’ activities, outputs and outcomes
- Review partner’s narrative and financial reports of partners and provide the feedback.
- Create and update in the Database of partnership programmes and produce the reports submitting to Head-Partnership.
- Conduct field visits as part of monitoring, problem solving and managing partnerships (50% of your working time)
- Develop the exit strategy for partners.

- Bachelor's Degree in or equivalent education
- At least of work experience as programme management experience and/or M&E experience in an NGO or similar field for 5 years
- Practical experience in project management and budgeting
- Desirable experience includes conducting trainings, community engagement and development, and managing partnerships
- Ability to collect, analyse and produce good-quality data, information and reports
- Solid IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E‐mail)
- Khmer mother tongue
- Intermediate written and spoken English language skills are required
- A Driving license
- Ability to travel frequently – conduct field visits in Cambodia (up to 50% of working time)
- Proficiency in Khmer is required
- Good command of written and verbal English language
