Report to : Provincial Program Manager (PPM)
The Program Officer (PO) works in close cooperation with local partners to coordinate and support the development and delivery of quality projects. S/he will have a primary focus on progressing our managed programs/projects across target district in Battambang province. It focuses on sustainable agriculture and value chain, disaster risk reduction and climate change. In addition, s/he will maintain and build good relationships with the local authority and key relevant stakeholders and promote active community engagement throughout the project implementation. S/he will organize trainings and field activities, provide technical and logistical support, monitoring progress, collect and documenting data, and contribute to narrative reports. S/he also ensures compliance with donor requirements, organizational policies, and safeguarding standards, while supporting learning, documentation of lessons learned, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

- Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy Science or other related fields.
- Experiences on the related-fields, especially Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation, Climate Smart Agriculture, and Agro-Ecology with NGOs and/or private sectors for 3 years as a minimum
- Experiences in working with children, youth, marginalized and vulnerable communities, especially with those who are living in urban areas.
- Experiences in project management (participatory needs assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation).
- Proven good experiences in narrative project report writing
- Knowledgeable and applicable in Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) tools.

- Fluent in Khmer and good command of English (writing and speaking).
