Position Summary

Type of Contract: Full-time Employment Under Fixed Term Contract (renewable subject to fund availability)

Reporting to: Cambodia Conservation Lead

Duty Station: Phnom Penh with travel to targeted provinces

The Program Delivery and Carbon Lead is responsible for supporting program delivery across all of CI Cambodia’s target landscapes by engaging, leading, coordinating, and supporting program and thematic managers while also providing technical leadership on REDD+ and emerging carbon concepts for the country office.

This position combines strategic oversight of multi-landscape program delivery with a dual focus on advancing CI Cambodia’s understanding, design, and implementation of NbS carbon-related initiatives.
