Position Summary

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Be responsible for a sales district to develop and manage new and existing customers in order to increase and optimize B2B sales within Target Group assigned of Kärcher products, parts and services in line with company strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Proactively driving and developing Kärcher Sales towards Customers in assigned target groups
  • Setting up sales plans for achieving sales target
  • Responsible for executing on the contracts and agreements of the Key Accounts
  • Maintain sustainable and long term relationships with Customers
  • Collaborate with service colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing and developing the Customer Accounts by regular visits and contacts
  • Create and maintain customer master data
  • Expand and explore new customers/markets
  • Other tasks assigned by managers

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in /College Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
Work History:
  • At least of sales experience with a proven track record for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Proficient in English and Google Platform

Service Coordinator

Position Summary

PURPOSE OF ROLE

To provide essential administrative and coordination support for the technical service team and overall Aftermarket & Services operations.

To ensure efficient back-office processes, accurate data management, and effective resolution of customer and field technical team inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provides necessary information and administrative support to internal technical service team members; handles initial customer inquiries and assists with meeting preparations and drafting minutes.
  • Coordinates with relevant internal departments (e.g., technical, parts, sales) to facilitate swift problem resolution for customers.
  • Handles warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation to company policies.
  • Accurately classifies and records service requests, tracks progress using the ticketing system, manages technical service data in the system, and creates/updates necessary documents while maintaining data consistency.
  • Monitors parts inventory status, assists with requesting and receiving parts, maintains parts data accuracy, and helps prepare for inventory audits.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Undergraduate Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration is a surplus.
Work History:
  • Experience in customer service, sales admin, service admin, or technical department secretary roles for 1 year
