Premier Seeds Alliance Co., LTD is one of a Major Corn Seeds supply Company in Thailand with Several Years experiences in Agriculture Industry. Currently our Major Business is Maize Seeds Production and distribution in Thailand and some others countries in ASEAN, Latin America, and Africa…. The Business is growing well; we are extending the business in Cambodia, the Company need to meet escalating demand of our customers. We are now seeking a dynamic Products Development Team who can help with product development and marketing activities in Market Place.

Salary: Competitive Salary + Allowance + Incentive

Duties
  • Contact farmers to test animal corn seeds product.
  • Follow the process/protocol of testing and keep good record and report
  • Good capture market condition at field, competitor activities
  • As a Good listener from customers demand ( both negative and positive feedback of the company or its products)
  • Work with the team to organize field demonstration/farmer group meeting
  • Good alignment, cooperation with local authority and customers
  • Comply to Company regulation/Policy
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager And / Or Team Leader
Requirements
  • Graduated from Agricultural school or related field(1-2 years’ experience is prefer )
  • Have some experiences about Pesticide and animal corn Seed, Variety
  • Knows about potential markets, plantation areas are advantages
  • Have own motor bike, and driving license.
  • Honestly, Healthy and suitable for hard-working in the up country
  • Good communication skill, and team work collaboration
  • Passionate, creative and initiative.
  • Able to make report
  • Good at observation of farmers practice/trends, the way is going on or changing
  • Knowledge of computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email)
