Production Technician (1 Position)

- Perform the Basic Equipment Care (BEC) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and report any fault to supervisor
- Record the machine breakdown, machine output, wastage on time and accurate and report to supervisor
- Ability to identify the rout cause and solving issues of machine breakdown or abnormality
- Perform CIP/COP, sanitation process and involved in chemical handling/preparation
- Properly fills out all daily records and reports, in accordance with applicable work instructions
- Drive innovation and improvement production line to increase Productivity with a safe operating environment
- Maintain Production variance and ensure the required materials are a variable fully operation
- Fully compliance with related company policy and regulations in responsible areas
- Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Food and Chemical or related field.
- Fresh Graduate or 1-year experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Experience of plant start up, commissioning would be preferable
- Basic Math Skill and Basic Computer Skill
- Knowledge in HACCP and LOTO
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to learn the new things and oriented, willing to work overtime if required
- Respectful of deadlines, as assigned by suppervisor
- Good Power of observation, Analytical skills and problem solving
- Writing & Reading Khmer languages
- Basic English languages
Maintenance Technician (3 Positions)
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities

- Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities, including emergency service, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and installations for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, conveyors, valves, hydraulic, pneumatic, sensors, gauges, RTD’s, pressure transmitters, flow meters and all other types of equipment at the plant.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to increase the equipment performance of the production line.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment or instrumentation under the control of an automated system.
- Execute the work order assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
- Alert the maintenance supervisor if there is any unusual occurrence or damage that has taken place or may cause a breakdown in the operation of machinery or equipment.
- Able to work on shift, flexible to work, and support production Lines follow the production plan and arrangements made by management.
- Conduct the 5S and GMP working area and workshop after completing the job.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, health, environment, quality and food safety
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or related field
- Technical knowledge and skill in mechanical, electrical (power and control), welding, hydraulic, pneumatic, basic PLC, HMI, BUS System, instrumentation, and plumbing
- Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a technician or engineer in maintenance, utility, or relevant experience in a similar manufacturing environment
- Experience in problem solving, 5S, GMP, and drive improvement
- Experience in using maintenance tools for drilling, welding, and cutting, and understanding electrical drawing and PID
- Experience of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, listening, writing).
Planner, Preventive Maintenance (1 Position)

Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh

- To implement maintenance processes, and all maintenance processes are aligned to the maintenance system. All new maintenance systems were successfully rolled out.
- To control PM spare parts VS overhaul spare part.
- To plan monthly meeting for root cause analysis for maintenance, production and relate department.
- To support in creating and following up on PR/PO status (that is related with WO).
- To create a PM part list, overhaul part list, and emergency part list for the machines.
- To assist in controlling FI/FO spare parts in store (if necessary).
- To support carrying out stock count with FN.
- To work closely with maintenance team to develop and implement the availability of PM.
- To control work order, release, close including spare part purchase for WO and have a properly report to Maintenance Manager.
- To support the maintenance team in developing the lifetime of the mechanical parts in terms of cost savings and optimizing usage.
- Bachelor’s degree of Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science Technology, or another related field.
- At least 1 year in a food manufacturing or related experience.
- Good understanding of food processes, PM Planning, Spare part management and control and 5s.
- Project Management Skill
- Good negotiation and problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Team) and SAP System
- Good in writing and speaking English
