- Reporting: Prepare reports on production metrics, including output, quality, and efficiency, for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., maintenance, logistics) to ensure seamless operations.

Repair & Maintenance Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Machine & Equipment Maintenance: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all production machines (assembly, metal processing, plating, painting, etc.).
- Utility & Facility Management: Oversee maintenance of utilities including: Air compressor system, Electrical system, Water supply, Wastewater treatment system.
- Spare Parts & Cost Control: Manage spare parts inventory and control maintenance budget.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure maintenance activities follow safety standards and company regulations.
- Safety & Environment: Control chemical storage and handling according to environmental regulations.

Electro Plating Supervisor
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Production & Process Control: Control plating parameters such as current, voltage, time, temperature, and chemical concentration.
- Supervision: Supervise, train, and assign tasks to plating operators and ensure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Chemical & Equipment Management: Manage plating chemicals, additives, and bath maintenance.
- Quality Control: Coordinate with QC team to analyze plating issues and implement corrective actions.
- Safety & Environment: Control chemical storage and handling according to environmental regulations.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
