The Ajinomoto Group has established a presence in 22 countries and regions throughout the world in order to expand its business operations in food products, amino acids, pharmaceuticals, and other fields. At present our products are sold in over 130 countries and regions, and we have plans to both expand to new markets and further broaden our product lineup.

AJINOMOTO (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. is the newest company in Ajinomoto Group established on September 1, 2009, according to the law of Kingdom of Cambodia. We currently employ more than 220 staff in various positions and responsibilities.

Position Summary

Working hours: 7:30-16:30

Work Location: Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ) in Khan Kamboul, Phnom Penh City.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support Plan preparation
  • Monitoring the result of KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
  • Manpower Management
  • Maintaining inventory control records and conducting periodical inventories inspection
  • Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) control report
  • Process Control
  • Improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
  • Review the created/revised documents for Integrated Management System (IMS)

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food science technology and related field from an accredited institution.
  • Master's Degree
Work History:
  • Experiences in Food Industry for 1 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Can speak and written in English (Slightly good)
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Soft Skills
  • Friendly, politely, and honesty
