The Production Manager Assistant supports the Production Manager in overseeing daily operations of the spice processing plant. This role ensures that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments.

- Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily production activities.
- Ensure the implementation of every processing steps are complianted with food safety standard (GHP/HACCP, ISO:22000) and internal quality SOPs.
- Support the coordination of raw material intake, processing, packaging, and storage.
- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
- Supervise and support production staffs, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety rules.
- Prepare production reports, maintain accurate records, and support inventory management to ensure the product traceability are recorded and retained on place.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Motivate the production staffs to continue achieve the production targets and timely.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineer, or related field (preferred). is preferred
- At least experienced in food processing or manufacturing for 3 years
- A well spoken and written command of English
- Knowledge of food safety standards and production processes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
