Production and Material Planner (3 Positions)
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in order delivery schedule reviews and evaluate suppliers’ overall production and delivery capabilities.
- Follow up on new product development progress, including pilot run/mass production materials and production schedule planning.
- Prepare daily production reports, analyze and track order delivery performance, conduct regular capacity analysis, and coordinate improvement plans when capacity is insufficient.
- Assess the actual capacity of molds and machines to ensure capacity meets production plan requirements.
- Convert the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into the Material Requirements Plan (MRP), issue purchase orders to suppliers, manage long lead-time materials, monitor shortages and urgent materials, and ensure material supply balance.
- Work with the Merchandising and other teams to assess supplier qualifications and supply capabilities and regularly update supplier inventory data.

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree
Work History:
- At least work experience for 5 years is required
- At least work experience in Production/Material Planner for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Familiar with factory production processes, production scheduling, delivery planning, material coordination, and handling material-related exceptions.
- Proactive, strong execution, logical thinking, communication, data awareness, organizational and coordination skills; strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
- Good English or Chinese reading and writing skills; able to communicate via email in either language; strong command of Chinese is an advantage.
- Willing to be stationed at the factory. Peak season lasts about 6–8 months, during which on-site presence for around half a year is required. Must follow factory working hours to provide real-time updates on production status and progress.
