Product Coordinator
Purpose: The Product Coordinator work with team leader and manager to drive the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, along with post-launch analysis and continuous improvement. Main duties are daily communications with product supplier and internal team to plan, test, and ensure product meet expectations for production/implementation to consumers.
Scope: Coordinate one of Sabay online game called Arena of Glory
- Manage and oversee assigned product/projects
- Coordinate with supplier and internal team to plan, test and ensure product meet expectations for production/implementation to consumers.
- Maintain & update website content for assigned product/projects
- Maintain & update Social Media page for assigned product/projects
- Coordinate across teams to make sure tasks are executed accurately and on time
- Coordinate/communicate with supplier to report problems and find solutions
- Translate documents in English-Khmer-Chinese
- Monitor game performance, analyze, and report to team lead or manager.
- Coordinate with team leader/ and manager to make plan and timeline to deliver projects implementation.
- Test, evaluate, troubleshoot. Identify bugs/issues in game, work with them to resolve issues.
- Responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market. This involves bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all of the teams involved — namely IT/development, marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Coordinate with Product lead in the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
- Ensure that feedback and requests are seamlessly integrated into their product planning and development processes.
- Coordinate/liaise with local and international stakeholders.
- Communicate the status of ideas back to partners/suppliers, and internal team members who submitted them.
- Work with product leader/manager on defining the requirements for each feature and the desired user experience.
- Provide analysis results to team leader, manager and team. Lead discussion and work with team leader to come up with solutions to improve product features and/or performance.
- Provide periodic report to manager and/or other higher supervisor to ensure the product/project performance meet expectations and goals.
- Maintain and update website content; ensure online presence is up to date with constant updates of patches and engaging contents.
- At least one year working experience in business management, communications, marketing, operations or related field.
- Background in business, management, IT or other related discipline is a plus
- At least 3+ years experienced playing LAN/mobile games
- Established understanding of gaming products and gaming scene
- High level of written and oral communications skills (English, Khmer and Mandarin)
- Aptitude in critical inquiry, decision-making and problem-solving
- Driven, motivated attitude and is a must
