Working hours : 8:00am to 5:00pm (Mon-Fri and Half Sat once or twice a month)
The Producer is responsible for the end-to-end production of video projects, spanning from initial creative development to final delivery. This role ensures all content aligns with brand strategy, exceeds client expectations, and maintains the highest production quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the organization’s creative and communication strategy while developing original, high-impact content.
- Coordinate internal and external video projects from concept through to final delivery.
- Manage direct client communication and day-to-day project coordination.
- Write compelling scripts and develop storylines tailored to specific project objectives and target audiences.
- Define and oversee the artistic vision and aesthetic direction of all assigned projects.
- Lead pre-production planning, resource coordination, and on-set direction during shoots.
- Supervise the editing process, providing clear direction and follow-up to ensure a polished final product.
- Seamlessly apply and integrate feedback from both management and clients throughout the production lifecycle.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Prior experience as a Producer, or in the production industry.
- Proven track record in video production, creative direction, or a similar role within a production environment.
- Strong ability to draft scripts and narrative structures that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Experience directing on-set crews and managing multidisciplinary teams (editors, camera ops, etc.).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Familiarity with post-production workflows and project management tools.
