Procurement Executive
Position Overview
The Procurement Executive will play a key role in supporting the Procurement and Logistic Department, ADM Unit at the Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC). The successful candidate will be responsible for Purchasing levels.
Recruitment conditions:
- Language: English or French
- Position: Full-time
- Contract: The initial contract is offered for 1 year (renewable)
- Start Date: Available to start on July 01, 2025

- Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies.
- Providing support in inventory management activities, such as monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Tracking the status of purchase orders and expediting deliveries as needed to ensure timely receipt of goods or services.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to meet company procurement needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet their purchasing requirements.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and delivery.
- Providing general administrative support to the procurement team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence, to facilitate efficient procurement operations.
- Using procurement systems, databases, and tools for effective sourcing and supplier management.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and submit to the accounts team in a timely manner to ensure the payments are within terms.
- Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts and performance evaluations.
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or other commercial discipline.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role.
- 2-3 years’ experience in procurement or in a similar industry for technical procurement jobs.
- Good team work, communication, rigorous and autonomous.
- Dynamic character and eager to learn.
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel.
