Job Overview
DQD Consulting is looking for an experienced Purchasing & Administration Officer to support Group purchasing, with a strong focus on our FMCG businesses, including brewery and distillery operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Procurement
- Source suppliers and request quotations for goods and services
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation
- Monitor pricing, delivery timelines, and supplier performance
- Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and suppliers
- Track shipments and delivery schedules
- Ensure proper documentation for import/export where applicable
- Support warehouse or delivery coordination when required
- Tax & Compliance
- Ensure supplier invoices meet Cambodian tax requirements (TIN, VAT, proper documentation)
- Coordinate with the finance team for VAT documentation and tax compliance
- Maintain records for audit and tax reporting purposes
- Ensure procurement documentation complies with company policies and Cambodian regulations
- Administrative Support
- Maintain procurement files and administrative records
- Assist with document preparation, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Support operational and compliance-related administrative tasks
- Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by management
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related field
Work History:
- Experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain administration for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Cambodian tax documentation and compliance requirements
- Experience handling supplier invoices and procurement documentation
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office systems
- Must know basic English
- Experience working with logistics companies, import/export, or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with tax invoices and documentation required for accounting and VAT compliance
IT Officer
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain laptops, printers, routers, switches, networks, and IT systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVRs, and security equipment.
- Manage email accounts, websites and system access, and shared drives update that sentence to IT
- Support POS systems and related hardware across F&B outlets.
- Handle IT troubleshooting for office, factory, warehouse, and restaurant locations.
- Maintain backups, basic cybersecurity practices, and IT equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, service, and system upgrades.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and CCTV systems.
- Hands-on IT experience; POS support experience is a strong plus.
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills and service mindset.
- Able to travel to outlets and factories when required.
