To fulfill its mission, ARM Cambodia Organization is looking for a talented and dynamic candidate for the position of Prevention Program Manager working full-time and based in Battambang province. The Prevention Program Manager shall work and cooperate with other relevant departments within the organization under the supervision of and reporting to the Country Director.
- Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of prevention programs.
- Develop annual work plans and activity reports.
- Ensure programs align with organizational strategy.
- Cooperate with social affairs, authorities, and various relevant partners to support the clients as needed.
- Participate in meetings with the partners and local authorities.
- Supervise program staff and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct performance reviews and capacity-building activities.
- Evaluate job performance regularly based on the goal and purpose of the organization.
- Develop indicators and track program performance.
- Develop and review the annual and monthly budget plans regularly.
- Address staff concerns and support them to solve problems.
- Ensure all activities follow safeguarding, child protection, and organizational policies.
- Maintain transparency and accountability standards.
- Communicate and cooperate with related departments in Battambang and Siem Reap branches.
- Report to the Country Director and prepare annual plan.
- Perform other tasks requested and assigned by the Country Director.
- Bachelor's Degree in or Master’s degree in social work, counselling, or relevant skills.
- Experience in program management, preferably in prevention, or community development programs for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Experience in budgeting, proposal writing, or donor reporting.
- Experience in leadership and team work.
- Experience in working with troubled youths and survivors of abuse.
- Proven ability to write a variety of reports.
- Good computer literacy in use of spreadsheet and database word processing skills.
- Good understanding of alternative care issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to field locations.
- Possess good interpersonal and personal management skills.
- Be willing to travel and stay for short periods outside Battambang.
