Social Media Manager
We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to promote and boost our social impact projects, strengthen the effectiveness of our campaigns, and communicate about our cultural and educational initiatives.
- Develop digital communication strategy and media buying strategy to enhance brand/campaign awareness and reach
- Collaborate with teams (strategy, design, copywriting) to ensure consistency and drive cross-functional campaigns.
- Create and manage content across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) to keep messaging consistent with the mission.
- Track and report on performance: Monitor metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions to optimize campaigns.
- Manage media buying to execute campaigns that promote, target, and boost assets through platform boosts or other media buying strategies.
- Engage with the community: Analyze comments and messages to build a loyal following.
- Experience in social media management, ideally in the social impact or cultural sector.
- Strong communication skills for crafting compelling content in both Khmer and English.
- Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and visuals.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to juggle multiple projects with ease.
Project Manager
We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage branding and communication projects. You’ll oversee everything from strategy to smooth execution, drive results, and support both social impact and cultural & education departments.
The Project Manager ensures each project runs smoothly and is delivered within the agency's quality standards by effectively combining resources such as budgets, creative teams, collaboration with stakeholders, and timelines. You’ll have the ability to lead, organize, and maximize the talents and collaboration of the team throughout the project, while also supporting in identifying triggers and participating in creative ideation and design solutions
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinate teams, stakeholders, and partners to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Organize and manage weekly planning for project team members, assigning clear tasks to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure creative team’s design outputs and production meet agency quality standards through detailed quality control.
- Act as the liaison between the agency and client, but also with external suppliers (printing houses, videographers, production teams), overseeing their deliverables and validating their quality in collaboration with the Art Director.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses in line with the agency's processes to ensure efficient financial management.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication in both Khmer and English.
