A Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) is the highest-ranking executive in a Group of companies. They are responsible for the overall strategic direction and performance of the Group, and they report to the Group's President.

Duties

Develop and implement the Group's long-term strategy. This includes setting overall goals and objectives, identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities, and making decisions about resource allocation.
Manage the Group's portfolio of businesses includes overseeing the performance of each business
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as shareholders, customers, suppliers, government officials, and the media.
Represent the Group to the external meetings or events.
Develop and maintain a strong corporate culture. This includes fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Meet with the Group's board of directors on a regular basis to discuss the Group's performance and strategy.
Travel to different locations to meet with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
Make a summary to propose decision-making to President on major investments, such as new products or services.
Approve or reject proposals from business units.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent strategic thinking skills.
The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
A strong understanding of the Group's industry and business environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education:
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in a senior executive position.
Familiar with Real Estate, Construction, Insurance, Banking, Leasing etc. business is a plus.
