Duties
Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment during the design phase of construction project.
Monitor costs throughout the project to ensure it stays within budget.
Prepare tender documents and contracts for the project.
Work closely with director of engineering, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the project is cost-effective and meets quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in the construction industry.
Familiarity with contract administration and legal aspects of construction projects.
Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Khmer.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
