Business Intelligent Unit Manager (1 Position)
Location: Head Office
- Develop and implement Business Intelligence strategies and solutions to be aligned with company’s goals.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of data warehousing systems.
- Collaborate with departments such as Credit, Digital Development, Business, Digital Banking, and Deposit to identify and track key business metrics.
- Design, build, and manage data visualization dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Stay informed about trends and technological advancements in the banking and finance industry.
- Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality and data analytics processes.

- Preferred certifications is a plus point (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
- Preferred soft skills such as adaptability or strategic thinking is a plus point.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics with microfinances or banks.

Regional Manager (1 Position)
The position is for Siem Reap Region
Location: Head Office
- Ensure Disbursements by products/Portfolio/# of clients/Net Profit/PAR/ Asset backed product/Productivity per CO/write off collection/key ratios achieved as per BP.
- Monitor and verify the list of potential customers from each branches and strategizing with Deposit Department to mobilize the deposit balance.
- Ensure that digital products have been in sales well.
- Ensure the good repayment rate of loans.
- Follow up all product performance of each branch to make sure it is growing as the set plan.
- Initiating/ guiding business strategies to branches under his supervision to achieve higher results.
- Build relationship/partnership with Merchants, authorities, and other parties to improve the business’s opportunities.
- Survey competitor products and services; and find strategies to deal with them.
- Identify the barriers and reason why each product cannot be performed better than its actual performance.
- Regularly visit branches under supervision to identify the weaknesses, improve the weaknesses and strongly support them.

- Perform regular branches and head office audit.
- Prepare audit report indicating the findings and recommendations for supervisor’s review.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control system, risk impact and recommend improvement.
- Conduct compliance check to ensure internal policies and law and regulation are fully complied.
- Ensure accurate and sufficient documentation exists for supervisor review.
- Perform preliminary data analysis and provide ideas on the result of the data analysis.
- Conduct audit follow up.
