Duties
  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed product information.
  • Recommend suitable Daikin products and solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Manage the sales process from inquiry to order, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Daikin’s product range, features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with products.
  • Arrange merchandise in an appealing and easy-to-navigate manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders for stock replenishment, and monitor stock movement.
  • Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and campaigns within the retail shop.
  • Create displays and signage to attract customers and promote key products.
  • Engage with customers through various channels to promote the Daikin brand and products.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Retail Shop Section Head or Sales Manager.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape sales strategies.
  • Maintain a customer database and follow up on potential leads and sales opportunities.
  • Engage in after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
Requirements
  • Degree High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the HVAC or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft excel, word & powerpoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Duties
  • Customer Service Management by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that service staff trained to provide a high level of customer care.
  • To supervision service staffs and Training like scheduling shifts, monitoring performance,and provide ongoing training (internal and External).
  • Managing inventory of pars and supplies, ensuring that tools and equipment are in good working order and properly usage in workspace.
  • Analyzing service metrics,tracking customer feedback, and inentifying areas for improvement.
  • To prepare report to service General Manager and highlighting trends and suggesting strategies for enhance service quality.
  • Sales and Revenue Tracking : To enhance service sales activities in order to hit company target and sales satisfaction.
  • Support the service General manager in formulating the department strategy by providing critical information of the strategic direction of service and the situation regarding the market,competitor trends, economic and market trends, internal resources. More strategic,focusing on long-term goals and department performance (budgeting, forecasting and development policies that guide the service department).
  • To focus on daily operation and ensuring that service team meets its immediate objectives.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administrator or engineer background would be advantage.
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Having experiences in Sales planning is preferable.
  • Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft excel, word & powerpoint) is prefer advance.
  • Team leadership and Supervision.
