Duties
Oversee inbound and outbound operations and staff management.
Communicate with local and overseas partners to organize group tours.
Research and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and discounts.
Prepare quotations, tour itineraries, and update contract rates.
Promote tour packages and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service and collect feedback for management.
Develop and market new tour packages aimed at target clients.
Implement strategies to boost sales and achieve targets.
Maintain relationships with local hoteliers, restaurants, and service providers.
Handle contracting and negotiations with suppliers and agents.
Address customer complaints effectively and report them to the General Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in managing inbound and outbound tours.
Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound travel markets.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
