Required skills and qualifications
Three or more years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Familiarity with HR software
- Lead HR operations, organizational branding, talent acquisition and onboarding, talent management, learning and development, compensation & benefits, payroll and employee relations.
- Lead the execution of HR programs and practices related to performance management, compensation, workforce planning/management, and talent management.
- Act as an advocate of the organizational values and culture to create an excellent work environment
- Lead and execute the implementation of activates to create company culture.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Assist in HR budget projection, managing the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting organizational needs
