Payment Service officer
The Payment Service Officer will join a busy payment service team based at CIS’s Koh Pich campus. They will provide efficient, compliant day-to-day financial services for CIS families.
- Issue payment notice all school income.
- Issue invoices and receipts
- Follow up the accounts receivable report on long-standing accounts receivable for possible action
- Control petty cash and manage daily cash control
- Checking and submit the daily collection report and monthly reports
- Communicate with families by email, in person, by phone and telegram in English and Khmer
- Issue voucher/ Credit note/ Refund if need
- Prepare cash and check deposits into the bank.
- Any other tasks assigned by the line manager
- Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or business administration preferred
- At least 2 years experience in payment collection and customer services preferred
- Knowledge, Competencies and Attributes
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Khmer
- Good in number and calculation
- Works confidentially and with discretion
- Proficient in Google Workspace, internet use and email
