Job summary: To assist commercial team on general admin task.

Duties
  • Assist on organizing documents of department
  • Assist on arranging shipping documents for manager to signed
  • Assist on scanning and storing shipping documents for audit usage
  • Assist on summary of monthly report on shipping and PO
  • Tracking and alert on shipping schedule to relevant team
  • To support on coordinating the shipping documents from supplier
  • Other tasks assigned by department manager and team
Requirements
  • Pursue or fresh graduate in Accounting, Business Management, Logistic or related field
  • Able to deal with the other department
  • Able to work under pressure deadline
  • Fluently on English
  • Self-improvement, working independently
  • Good time management priority task.
