Role Purpose / Summary
The MEAL Officer role at UWS Cambodia offers a valuable opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in an international NGO environment. The postholder should possess strong data management and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. This role involves supporting the Cambodian MEAL Coordinator in enhancing the quality of MEAL operations, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, promoting evidence-based decision-making, and strengthening the capacity of Education Officers (EOs) and program staff in MEAL processes.
Under the supervision of the MEAL Coordinator, the MEAL Officer will play a key role in monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with the MEAL framework, and contributing to the generation of reports and actionable insights for program improvement. This position also offers opportunities to develop skills in monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement.

Type of Contract: Full – Time Unspecified Duration Contract (UDC)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Remuneration: Negotiable according to qualification and experiences
