Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA) is a none profit organization and the leading voice for women entrepreneurs in Cambodia, representing over 1,000 members including provincial chapters from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Our mission is to empower women entrepreneurs by providing them with tools, knowledge, and opportunities to overcome challenges, grow their businesses, and create lasting economic impact for themselves, their families, and their communities. CWEA is looking for a potential candidate to fill up a full-time position as below:
Employment: Full-time, 8hours/day and 5days per week
Salary and benefits: base on experience
Report to: Executive Director
Location: Phnom Penh City and traveling to province some case
Duties
Develop and implement the program for benefit to members.
Coordinate with sub-contract or outsource consultant or trainers or expert to provide services to members
Build good relation and trust with members, partners and stakeholders.
Coordination with expertise to develop business portfolio and implement.
Ensure to implement CWEA guidelines, assess project risk, provide quality control to meet goals, and report on development of program to donors
Overall responsible for the integrity and coherence of the program
Develop and maintain the program environment to support each individual project within it - often through an effective “program management office system”
Develop and Maintain Association’s full calendar schedule of activities
Develop Impact Platform and Evaluate Programs if meeting the expectation of members
Standardize the tools of CWEA for announcing its program by bar color coding – for each different committee, sector and Donor.
Must incorporate strategic planning of a focused program by analyzing business activities, established goals, matrix and the communication of strategy throughout the organization.
Oversees the entire program initiative. Ultimately responsible for the success of all the interconnected projects of CWEA program compliant to the direction of the “Strategic Plan of CWEA”. and ensure the timely delivery of a specific project.
Overall responsible in developing the M&E structure of staff performance, board performance, association performance, committee events and all donor and partners program
Overall responsible in reporting program report, success indicator and matrix to all donor programs.
Additional task base on the requirement of supervisory and board of director assign.
Requirements
Bachelor degree
Experience 3 years in the NGOs in coordination program
Experience in Business perception
Experience be the coach & mentoring and solving problem
Be able to understand the women perception and mind set
Be flexible on the malty job and tasks
