The Secretariat Office of Master Plan to Develop Preah Sihanouk Province into a Model Multi-Purpose Special Economic Zone and to Develop Coastal Provinces into a Multi-Purpose and Comprehensive Economic Corridor is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill two key positions within the organization. These positions are critical for driving the company’s administrative, and promotional activities to promote sustainable development in Cambodia’s coastal regions. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's mission to attract investment, enhance public engagement, and implement innovative business strategies that promote economic growth and sustainability across the coastal provinces. Therefore, we are recruiting the following positions:

Job Description: The Program Officer will support the successful implementation of the Master Plan by liaising across various departments and inter-ministerial entities. The role also involves handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and collaboration among all stakeholders.

Duties
  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and line ministries to ensure smooth communication and collaboration in implementing the master plan.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and consultations with representatives from line ministries and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates on the implementation of the master plan, identifying challenges and proposing solutions as needed.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to ensure coordinated efforts across all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and field visits, including venue arrangements, participant travel, and material preparation.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and other relevant administrative tasks.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as advised by the management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in administration tasks, and logistical arrangement, but fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record in preparing event, coordination, and strong communication skill.
  • Proficiency in English.
 

Public Relation and Communication Officer (1 Position) Apply Now

Job Description: The Public Relations and Communication Officer will assist the specialist in managing the company's external communication efforts and promotional campaigns to enhance the visibility of investment opportunities in the coastal provinces.

Duties
  • Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies to promote investment projects in coastal provinces, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and communication priorities.
  • Support media relations activities by preparing press materials, coordinating interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
  • Contribute to planning and executing promotional campaigns and events that showcase investment projects, ensuring engagement with target audiences.
  • Provide logistical and content support to boost visibility and interest in coastal provinces.
  • Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials to ensure clear, accurate, and engaging messaging.
  • Maintain the organization’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent branding.
  • Regularly update the company website with fresh, relevant content to maximize digital outreach.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as advised by the management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • At least one year of experience in PR, communications, or related fields.
  • Strong media relations and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must.
