Admin, HR, and Finance Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin, HR, and Finance Manager to join our team. This key role will oversee EYC's administrative, human resources, and financial functions to ensure the organization operates efficiently and effectively.

- Finance (70%) :
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial compliance and accountability.
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and donor compliance requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure financial processes goes smoothly and procedures are followed by team members.
- Administration (15%)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations, including office management.
- Develop and implement systems for improving organizational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and NGO regulations.
- Human Resources (15%):
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial management tools and accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
