Duties
  • Under the supervision and support from the national PPM-DOTS coordinator, relevant partners, Provincial PPM-DOTS Coordinator is expected to coordinate the PPM-DOTS project implementation under the Global Fund support in a province (6ODs) with around 15 private healthcare providers during 2024-2026 and performs the following tasks:
  • To collect and enter data related to PPM-DOTS project activities within the province into data management tool, which include number of presumptive Provide inputs to Program Manager for the weekly team meeting
  • TB clients referred from private providers, number of people arrived at public health facilities, etc. and other relevant information;
  • To communicate and build good relationship with private healthcare providers;
  • To conduct the supportive visit and provide feedback to private healthcare providers about results of their referral;
  • To liaise between public health facilities and private providers;
  • To prepare PPM-DOTS reports on a timely basis;
  • To attend workshops, trainings or conference as requested;
  • To perform other tasks as required

The position is for Seim Reap OD Seim Reap Province with Operation ASHA

Duties
  • Ensure smooth patient’s pathways for TB detection, Diagnostics, Treatment and counseling
  • Coordinate across the public sectors, private healthcare entities and the community (Volunteer Health Support Groups, Health Center Management Committees) to facilitate smooth patient pathways including liaising with public officials at Provincial and Operational District levels.
  • Work with stakeholders to review and conduct training and awareness building program in the community to increase knowledge and detection of Tuberculosis through enhanced case finding approach
  • Develop and implement community-based transport of TB symptomatic in the community to access public healthcare facilities and for community volunteers to support C-DOTs and reporting within their communities.
  • Develop and implement fast-track mechanism to send TB specimens / symptomatic for testing at public health care facilities.
  • Conduct supervision, onsite training by NGOs to HCs, MDR, Prison, pharmacies
  • Conduct regular data analysis to inform program strategy and implementation
  • Undertake regular reporting of key performance indicators with the team and head office
  • Represent of Op-ASHA at key meeting with Government or relevant stakeholders.
  • Additional task as assigned
