Plan International is seeking qualified candidate of these roles for the anticipated of Strengthening Country Systems for Prevention and Response Systems to Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Project in Cambodia. The contract will only proceed if we are awarded, expected starting from February 2025.

Announcement Positions

National Project Coordinator (50 person months)

Position Summary

S/he will be responsible for managing the consultant team such that they effectively support the PMUs to implement the project in a timely manner and to a high standard.

 
 

National GBV / Gender Specialist (24 person months)

Position Summary

S/he will be responsible to work with and support the MOWA EA and MOI IA to ensure implementation of GBV programs delivered by consulting services contractors and targets in the GAAP are implemented and achieved.

 
 

National Accountant (50-person-months)

Position Summary

S/he will be responsible for providing accounting for the project and working closely with the PMUs and MEF to ensure that ADB and MEF financial management (FM) guidelines are applied efficiently and effectively.

 
 

National Procurement Consultant (18 Person Months)

Position Summary

S/he will be responsible for the procurement of goods and consulting services and regular updating of the procurement plan.

 
 

National M&E Consultant (12 person-months)

Position Summary

The position is for intermittent

S/he will be responsible for establishing a system for the collection, storage, analysis, and reporting of project data, as well as for measuring and analyzing project outputs and outcomes.

 
 

National Social Safeguards Consultant (12 person months intermittent)

Position Summary

The position is for intermittent

S/he will be responsible for supporting the project management unit (PMUs) in all aspects of implementing social safeguards plans, and establishing effective systems for training, monitoring, and reporting on indigenous people and ethnic minority issues.

 
 

National Architect (3 person months)

Position Summary

S/he will be responsible to ensure that the Architect and Construction Supervision firm accepts and actions input from the international firm on human centered design and includes recommendations on human centered design into the architectural design of the three women’s shelters.

 
 

National Engineer and Contracts Management Specialist (18 person months)

Position Summary

S/he will be responsible is responsible for managing the contract with the Architect and Construction Supervision Firm to design, provide construction supervision, and outfit three women’s shelters.
