Kent Ridge International School (KIS) was established in Phnom Penh in 2014 to become a school of scholars by nurturing young generations to be human resources that are full of knowledge and uphold the integrity. Up to now, KIS has only 1 campus which we already moved out from Khan Toul Kork to Khan Sen Sok and it is under the parent company named Sala Orntarakcheat KIS Kent Ridge Co., Ltd. We provide comprehensive and challenging academic programs consisting of international curriculum (Singapore and Cambridge) and Khmer curriculum in which students are able to unleash their potential, develop their talents, and maximize their capabilities to strive for excellence so that they will become disciplined, responsible, and caring individuals and more importantly being able to compete locally and internationally.
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
Working Hour: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm from Monday – Friday (1-hour lunch break)

Duties
Ensure high teaching quality enabling students to obtain the expected learning outcome from the school’s implemented international curriculum.
Create course outline and lesson plan.
Implement effective classroom management suitable with the students’ age group
Deliver student-centered lesson, engage all students in the class so they feel included and learn from the class.
Create positive learning environment for the students.
Regularly monitor students’ learning and behavioral progresses and work with the academic department to provide on time intervention for students who are not on track.
Assign scheduled homework and make homework correction for students in class.
Create students’ written assessments per the school academic calendar, mark the papers, and input score and teacher’s comment in the school’s report card system.
Conduct the meeting with the parents about the student’s academic/behavior if requested from the parents.
Conduct the parent-teacher meetings per the school’s academic calendar.
Join the school’s events and professional development if any
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor/management team.
Requirements
Bachelor of education or any equivalent degree.
Progressive teaching experience with international schools in Cambodia is an advantage.
Uphold professionalism at work with students, colleagues, and parents.
Have passion in teaching primary program students.

Duties
Support students to take part in various national and international competitions assigned by school
Work with external parties and parents/teachers to provide information related to the competitions on time and can provide consultation to students and parents in regard to the registration process
Host in-house workshops on scholarship/competitions to students at school
Promote competitions to students/parents
Requirements
Have passion to improve the students’ learning abilities
Be able to communicate in writing and speaking in Khmer and English
Be honest and result oriented.
Fresh graduates from school are welcomed.
