Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities

- Salary: Negotiable
- Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday (1 day off on rotation basic), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Transportation Allowance: Provided monthly gasoline allowance for traveling from home to work and back home.
- Transportation Gasoline: Provided to Outside Staff for Business’s purpose based on roles and responsibilities.
- Motor Rental: Provided to Outside Staff.
- Maternity Allowance: Provided for baby delivered to Male and Female staff.
- Marriage Allowance: Provided to all staffs.

- Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
- Health Check-up: Once a year with private hospital (Sunrise Japan Hospital Phnom Penh)
- Overtime: 200% on Public Holiday
- Cell Phone and Phone Card Allowance: Based on company’s policies.
- Staff Loan: Provided to all staffs with low interest rate.
- Motor Insurance: Covered on (Third Party Liability (TPL), Own Damage, and Theft) for Outside Staff.
- Staff Insurance: National Social Security Fund (NSSF) for health and accident.
- Leave Allowance: Annual Leave 18days / year, Sick Leave 6days / year, Special Leave 7days / year, Maternity Leave 90days, Long Sick Leave up to 6 months.
- Covid-19 Leave: Provided paid leave until staff recovers and medical expenses.
- Customer visiting and overdue solving in order to reinforce customers to payment, loan assessment visit onside (Home, Business and wort
- Prepare collection and loan assessment report to management,
- Make appointment with customer and the related person to solve if customers did not payment.
- Confirm and take the photo of house, workplace, Short Screen Google Maps, and business place of customer if needed.
- Communicate with the authority or neighbor for check and collect the customer's information and documents solving.
- Make sure data collection from Field corrected and clear information of arrears solving and loan assessment,
- Complete daily collection or arrears solving and loan assessment report,
- Reported Daily task (Done, Pending and Problem by Team).
- Keep customer's information in confidential safe and security.
- At least finish high school or university student in any field.
- Strong commitment with field work.
- Be able to drive a motorbike and must have a driving license for motorbike with engine power more than 125 CC.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good calculation and explanation in number.
- Be able to read and write English.

- Maintains relationships with sales team by providing support, information, guidance and service improvements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed & in order to achieved with sales target.
- Work closely with team and all departments.
- Make good relationship with Dealer and provide good service to customer.
- Assist sales team to prepare internal documents (Application Form/ Loan Agreement, Disbursal Form, RC control and others).
- Complete loan application and ensure the application of customer is properly filled in and evaluated before sending to CI team for judgement process
- Conduct home and business size visit to collect information and required documents from customers
- Keep all customers confidential information.
- Tracking number of disbursals in daily and update to management.
- Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.
- Fresh graduated or university student in Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing or in any related field
- Fair knowledge English Language and MS Word, Excel, Email
- Follow company rule firmly
- Quick understand and hard-working and honest
- Willing to learn something new and challenges
