Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country office of Good Neighbors International working in 41 countries in the world. GNC is implementing long-term development program focusing on sponsorship, child protection, education, health, WASH, income generation & partnership building and advocacy in 6 Community Development Programs and 1 Social Enterprise in 4 provinces and 1 city of Cambodia. GNC is now working with key sustainability partners and relevant departments of government and NGOs to promote positive impacts for vulnerable people, especially children.
We are inviting motivated and qualified candidates to join our dynamic team for the following positions:

Besides basic salary, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and other benefits such as 13th-month salary, seniority fund, health, life and accident insurance for 24 hours, and phone card allowance. Moreover, working condition comply and benefit with Cambodia Labor Law.
Duties
Relationship building
Build good relationships and communicate GNC’s identity to all appropriate stakeholders to know GNC clearly.
Build close relationships and learn actively within communities partners through home visits, attending community social events to make the community trust.
Network actively with Community Development Committee (CDC), Commune Committee for Women and Children (CCWC), others stakeholders/partners and facilitate the communities to strengthen community relationship and training or awareness session.
Community Formation and Capacity building
Facilitate and coordinate the formation/reforming Community Child Protection System (CCPS) member and ongoing capacity building of them to ensure they are function well toward the effective holistic sustainable development related to Untied Nation Convention on the Right of the Child (UNCRC) and child protection context.
Facilitate and coordinate trainings to community key partners on appropriate skills and methods to ensure the improvement of their capacity and self-reliance.
Collaborate and facilitate the development of any initiative methodologies and approaches to raise awareness and improve critical analysis of community issues and opportunities, specifically in child protection and child rights to transform their mind set to find what improving.
Planning, Implementation and Community Mobilization
Collaborate and facilitate community visioning and planning processes with CDC, CCWC, child/youth group, parenting group and, other key sustainability partners to strengthen the CCSP to be sustainable.
Design program, campaign or other event planning to promote UNCRC and CCPS in order to prevent all kind of abuses against children in community to make more effectiveness.
Collaborate with team and key partners (CCPS and CCWC) in order to response to the special case for children, mostly related to child case management; in this sense, spend times visiting sponsored child’s families to realize their real situation and ensure the quality of provided service to children and family are acceptable.
Collaborate with team (CDFs, AFO and other staffs) in project design and proposal development (planning and implementation processes) that mainstream transformational development and child protection within assigned communities to achieve the project goals and objectives.
Develop Detail Implementation Plan (DIP) to implement activities in effective and timely manner including annual budget and revise the project’s plan of action when necessary.
Collaborate with team and key partners in order to implementing sponsorship routine work such as New Child Intake (NCI), Annual Child Letter (ACL), Annual Progress Report (APR), Gift campaign (GML), and other business related to project activities and direct service.
Collaborate with manager or coordinator in order to response the queries from Head Office (HO) or International Head Quarter (IHQ) related to Sponsorship business.
Coordinate with team to process gift money and gift letter (GML) for all field projects include purchasing and deliver the gift to children and send back the child reply letter of GML by packaged to IHQ in time required.
Collaborate with community volunteers (CVs) to conduct home visit and ensure that all sponsored children in the field projects are visited 4 times per years and all children information are collected according to the plan.
Make sure each child’s folder has enough information, up to date and keep in the right place with orderly; in this sense, all kind of documents or information which related to the child is keep in safe place, and confidentially.
Work closely with CVs and community people to persuade those drop-out children to go back to school through looking for useful concepts or ideas to encourage both children and their families to understand more about their future change through education.
Cooperate with CVs to volunteers local resources, participation and ownership for development initiatives.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Facilitate and mobilize community people and key partners to reflect, learn, share best practices about community empowerment and development, especially related to CCPS.
Facilitate and mobilize the key sustainability partners to implement monitoring process and indicators to evaluate the quality of work.
Facilitate and mobilize community partners to use Case Study/Most Significant Change (MSC) and other evidence-based monitoring process to see the progress.
Submit reports (monthly, semi and annually or others) and monitoring system (e.g. child case management form, child folder) in quality and timely manner.
Participate in monitoring and evaluation team to collect information to see CDP’s impacts.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
Associated or Bachelor degree in management, social work or relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of appropriate professional experience in related field.
Ability to gather and analyses statistical data and generate reports.
Good interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
Honest and trustworthy, hardworking and willing to learn.
Willing to work with the vulnerable children and their community.
Competent in written English communication, computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Willing travel overnight stay in the community.
