ISF Cambodia (ISF) is a Cambodian based charity with over 18 years of experience using education and sport to change lives. Our aim is to make a fundamental and lasting change in the lives of some of the poorest and most disadvantaged children and their families in Cambodia.

Our Education Programme focuses on children in the slums of the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh, whose extreme poverty means they have never gone to school or have had to drop out. We provide them with a quality education a whilend healthcare whilst working closely with their communities to lift entire families out of poverty. Through our grassroots Football Programme, ISF works directly with 4,000 youth, promoting equality and providing opportunities to those marginalized by poverty, disability, HIV and gender.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will monitor all data collection and analyse data regarding ISF programmes for external reports and internal purposes.

Accountability and Relationship:

  • Reports to Head of Development and Communications
  • Liaise with other departments (Operations teams both at Stoeng Meanchey and Chbar Ampov, Football programme, English programme, Employment).

Duties
  • Collaborate with Programme managers and Development and Comms team to develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation plans for all projects, ensuring adherence to the plan during implementation.
  • Track project/program results at various levels (outputs, outcomes, and impact).
  • Ensure the collection of relevant qualitative and quantitative data to enhance projects, identify gaps in existing projects, and report on donor commitments.
  • Take the lead in analyzing and summarizing qualitative and quantitative data collected by the operations teams.
  • Develop, maintaining and update the indicator tracker
  • Ensure operations teams enter and update data in the database system, providing support as needed.
  • Act as the focal point for the database, overseeing checks and updates
  • Review existing data collection tools and make improvement as necessary
  • Integrate field and program feedback to ensure continuous improvement of data management systems.
  • Timely update and data sharing with the Chief Executive, Development and Comms team, and Programme managers.
  • Develop annual activity report for MoU renewal and submission to other ministries.
Requirements
  • At least bachelor degree in any relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, data management and analysis
  • ICT and English literacy
  • Knowledge of data visualization
  • Knowledge of report writing is a plus
  • Knowledge of baseline survey research
  • Understanding community-based programme is a plus
  • Experience in data management with NGOs is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skill
