Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Specialist

Term: Rolling 12 months contract with a probationary period of 3 months. The contract will be extendable based on satisfactory performance preceding the contract assessment.

Duties
  • Develop entrepreneurship ecosystem strategy and roadmap and assist with annual budget planning.
  • Design programs and conduct partner orientation with relevant teams.
  • Designing marketing strategies to attract SMEs, startups, venture capitalists, mentors, talents, incubators/accelerators, and other ecosystem builders.
  • Evaluating and negotiating program proposals related to the entrepreneurship ecosystem and making funding recommendations.
  • Creating a supportive platform for entrepreneurs to exchange ideas and overcome challenges.
  • Initiating networking programs for startups and SMEs to access market information.
  • Understanding support mechanisms for startups, SMEs, large enterprises, venture capitalists, angel investors, and inter-governmental entities.
  • Increasing KE public exposure through collaboration, co-branding, and partnership to connect SMEs with potential partners.
  • Organizing and coordinating all programs, including agenda proposals, stakeholder invitations, and event management.
  • Conducting entrepreneurship ecosystem analysis and initiating local and international partnerships.
  • Monitoring funding program progress to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Leading the preparation of program implementation reports and consolidating success stories.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, innovation, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail, basic analytical and critical thinking, and research skills.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with entrepreneurship, business, and investment concepts is advantageous.
 

Public Relations Officer

Duties
  • Handle Content strategy, campaign strategy and implementations
  • Handle press releases, newsletter, article, keynote speeches (Khmer and English), and other entrepreneurial culture promotional materials
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders ensuring job duties are running smooth and on deadline
  • Handle KE event management
  • Initiate Public Relation program to promote entrepreneurial culture
  • Track media coverage and follow industry trends
  • Protocol Management
  • Prepare and submit PR and impact reports
  • Address PR issues and initiative to get them solved
  • Support on overall tasks of the division

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in public Relations, Journalism, Communications or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
  • Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
  • Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
  • Background in researching, writing and editing publications
  • Strong organizational communication ability (oral and written)
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
  • Good command in English
 

M&E Officer

Duties
  • Support in the program design and implementation and databases (online and offline) to capture program-critical information.
  • Perform statistical analysis on program KPIs and review using tools like Excel, SPSS to identify trends and patterns that inform decision-making processes.
  • Compile and present analysis reports that translate complex data into easily understandable insights for stakeholders, aiding in data-driven decision-making.
  • Support in the development and maintenance of real-time dashboards and reports for continuous data monitoring using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by conducting quality checks and regular audits of the data being tracked and maintained.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support in formulating strategies based on empirical data insights.
  • Train staff or partners on the use of tools and software to ensure data consistency and standardization.
  • Maintain secure data storage practices, ensuring databases are safely stored and accessible to relevant team members while adhering to data privacy standards.
  • Handle ad hoc data analysis requests from different divisions or management, delivering actionable insights.
  • Perform other data-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or any other relevant field.
  • Experience data analysis using Excel, SPSS, Jira and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau…) for database management and analysis,
  • Good understanding of Program management, budget planning, contract management
  • Ability to interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports. Must have critical thinking skills and experience in research or data analysis.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present findings and insights clearly.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative and innovation.
  • Time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to regularly travel to the rural areas.
  • Good command in English
 

Program Developer

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor degree.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in program management or a related field is preferred.
