Smiling Gecko Cambodia (SGC) was officially registered in 2014 as a local non-profit NGO in Cambodia. It provides direct aid in the form of finance and other support to the needy in Cambodia, sponsoring projects that are sustainable both from an ecological and economic standpoint. We created a self-sufficient ecosystem for rural communities in Cambodia including Smiling Gecko Campus and Farmhouse Resort & Spa and The Gong, its state-of-the art “GONG Studio” that is a house for cultural restoration, music and performing arts center.

The Gong Studio, the state-of-the art cultural and recording facilities, music and performing arts center, is seeking a passionate and experienced Vocal Trainer to join our team. Duties
  • Provide one-on-one and group vocal lessons tailored to each student’s needs and skill level.
  • Develop individualized lesson plans that align with the studio’s curriculum while incorporating modern and classical vocal techniques.
  • Mentor students in vocal technique, breath control, pitch, tone, and range expansion.
  • Prepare students for performances, auditions, and recording sessions as needed.

Requirements

Duties
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan effectively to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer demands.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to support business growth and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Plan and execute campaigns that effectively promote the organization’s products and services
  • Enhance the company’s reputation and ensure consistent brand representation.

Requirements
